Posé à la frontière de Pahar ganj, le cinéma Shiela a ouvert ses portes en 1961. Ce fut le premier cinéma d'Inde à projeter du film tourné en 70 mm. A l'intérieur dans le lobby on peut admirer une fresque del'architecte - artiste Luc Durand. Ces jours-ci est projeté "Happy ending" et c'est vrai que ça fiit bien car demain je quitte la folie des villes pour le magnifique village d'Orchha. Jai Hind !

Set on the boundaries of Pahar ganj, the Shiela cinema opened its doors in 1961. It has been the first cinema to display 70 mm movies. Inside in the lobby you can see a fresco made by the canadian architect - artist Luc Durand. These days they display the movie "Happy ending" and it's true that it ends up fine 'cause tomorrow I am leaving the craze of the big city for the charming vilage of Orchha. Orchha, bahoot accha !
