Ram Sampath

Ram Sampath est un compositeur né en 1977. Installé à Mumbai il a commencé sa carrière en composant des jingles publicitaires, puis a travaillé sur des albums personnels d'artistes indiens avant de se tourner vers l'industrie du film. Même si c'est en 2003 pour le court-métrage "Let's talk" qu'il a débuté dans l'industrie du film, c'est en 2011 avec la B.O de l'excellent film "Delhi Belly" qu'il s'est fait remarquer à grande échelle. Mélangeant les influences de l'Orient et de l'Occident il est parti pour figurer parmi les plus grands compositeurs indiens à venir. Voici une petite sélection de cet artiste :

Ram Sampath is an indian music director born in 1977. Settled in Mumbai he started his career making jingles for some advertisements, then worked for some independant artist before turning into the film industry. Even if he started composing for the film industry in 2003 with the score for the short film "Let's talk", it is only in 2011 with the soundtrack of the excellent "Delhi Belly" that he got the fame on a high scale. Mixing the West with the East, he is on the way to be one of the greatest indian composer to be. Here is a selection of his tracks :
